Title: Development of RFID Door Lock with Alert System Using GSM

Synopsis: This project aims to improve security of hostel door. The doors will use RFID to unlock. Students who are staying in the room will have to register their student id to unlock their room doors. When they want to lock their doors, they must insert password on a keypad. If outsiders want to enter the room when the owners are not there, the must use their id card and a sms wil be sent to the owners. The owners must reply ‘yes’ so that the door can be opened for the outsider. The outsider’s data will then be sent to the owners via sms.
