Synopsis: In this paper we describe an ease and low-power system based on the LoRa convention to give an informing system without being subject to repeating costs. LoRa systems take into account long remote connections that can interface villages and towns. In addition, to the simple messaging application, LoRa can be used to provide sensor data to networks and to give disaster alerts.
